His will was probated Jun 1798, in Botetourt Co., written in German, named his wife Christina, and sons John, Christian, and others. A division of land on May 1819 named his heirs: Nicholas, Peter, Nancy, William, Christian, Abraham, Elizabeth w/o James BRYANT, Catherine w/o William STUART, and Table VINYARD.
