TEMPLIN (166/167). Thomas was blacksmith in Frederick Co. He was the executor of his father-in-law, Samuel TEMPLIN'S willl, settling the estate on 25 Apr 1821.There are two deeds in Jefferson Co., WV, that need to be critiqued; on in 1823 to Thomas POWELL from Henry Shepherd, and one in 1824 from Thomas POWELL to James Bell. It is unclear if this might be Thomas of Frederick Co., or a son, or a POWELL of another family. In 1790 Thomas is recorded to have one male over 16 in the household, obviously Thomas, living by himself prior to his marriage. In 1800 there are 2 males 0-10, 3 males 16-18, 1 male 26-45, 2 females 0-10, and 1 female 16-18. (FH34, MDFRB1 p60, MDFR2-3, WVFR3) Known Children:
