In 1910 Henry and Prudence were boarding with  Benjamin R. and Sallie E. Balmer? (name difficult to read; every variation of what it appears to be resulted in no hits) in Washington, DC. In 1920 Henry was boarding with a John Campbell. NOTE: The Sallie E. Balmer? in the 1910 census is the right age to be Stella S. Elgin b.
