32.9-Francis Brown S. MORROW, b. 4 Aug 1822, Berkeley Co., VA, s/o James and Sarah HARTSOCK MORROW, d. 6 Mar 1896, Berkeley Co., WV, m. 23 May 1848, Jefferson Co., VA, Mary Catherine RISSLER, b. 6 Feb 1822, d. 19 Nov 1901, Berkeley Co., WV. F. B. S., as did his brother Hanson T., went west when he was a young man, where he first shows up in the 1840 census records in Clark Co., MO , living next door to Hanson. By 1848, he was back in VA, where he married Mary in Jefferson Co. From 1860 until his death, he resided in Berkeley Co. VA(WV). In 1880 George Compton 15, a boarder is living in the home. Both are buried in Old Norbourne Cemetery, Berkeley Co., WV. Minerva and David HUDGEL lived along the Opequon on a farm he inherited from her father, Francis MORROW. In 1900 they were living in Arden District, Berkeley Co.,, with 5 servants in the household. 32.9b1a-Zedoc Wellington CRAWFORD Jr. b. 25 Aug 1919 d. 15 Feb 1953, age 33, m. Ruth SHUGART. He attended Roosevelt High School in Washington, DC. He was a 2nd. Lt., in the Army Engineer Corps, serving in both the  Atlantic and Pacific Theaters. After the war he was assigned to the Manhattan Project at Oak Ridge, TN as a Capt. (FH32) One son:

32.7b2-Francis Janifer (Frank) HUDGEL, b. 15 Oct 1885, d. Labor Day, 1964, age 78, m. 30 Jun 19113, Mary SWISHER, d/o David Harvey and Rose Ellen (BRUMBAUGH) SWISHER. They celebrated their Golden Anniversary in Pampas, TX in 1963. Frank left home and worked in KS, and after his marriage moved to Gray Co., TX, where he was a wheat farmer. (FH32) Children:

32.9e1a-Harry Warner YOE, b. 10 Oct 1912, Martinsburg, d. 14 Jul 2003, Martinsburg, m. (date?), Barbara Virginia FULTZ. He graduated from WVU in 1935. As a foreign service officer, he served in various roles, including director of USOM to Haiti from 1957-1961, director ICA West Indies and Eastern Caribbean Mission, Port of Spain, Trinidad, WI from 1961-1962, and director aid mission to Georgetown, British Guiana from 1964 to 1968. He received the Meritorious Award for Economic Reforms Japanese Fishing Industry in 1951 and Superior Honor Award AID in 1967. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII,  a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Shepherdstown, Martinsburg Rotary, Alpha Theta and Pi Kappa Societies, American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and WVU Alumni Association. He was the author of "Fisheries Coopertives in Japan," published in 1950. He is buried in Edge Hill Cemetery, Charles Town, WV. There are 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. (O22) Children:
