With Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia Connections

A collection of names of biographies on the Internet from the mid-western states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, and Nebraska with Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia connections. The entries are entered by county, in alphabetical order by surname, with the given name, and state of origin (Maryland, Virginia, or West Virginia). Directions are given to the source of the biographies. Most (or all) will be found on USGENWEB county sites. Enter the selected state, then click on the appropriate county. Any connections found to families in MD, VA, or WV, will be noted in text with the Family Group Page (FGP), identifying the page number and item number. Also check the Miscellaneous Records for additional information. Almost every county has some biographical format; many are 'submitted' bios, not included here, due the nature that they are ever changing and hard to track (at least at this time). The biographical names entered here, are from completed sources, mostly county histories.
